bigbrandbid.com is a public wall of advertisements, operated by FunnelChat AI Solution (Registration No. 202603073501). You pay once, your ad goes on the wall, and it stays there. Position is decided by the amount paid and nothing else.

Anyone can outbid you and push you down. That is how the wall works, not a fault. You are buying a position in a live auction, not a fixed one.

By placing a bid, you accept these terms.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. Your ad moves when Stripe confirms the payment.

All payments are final. There are no refunds — not for being outbid, not for disappointing traffic, and not for changing your mind. Your ad is published immediately, and by paying you ask us to publish it at once.

This does not remove any right you have under law that cannot be signed away.

You must own or be licensed to use everything you publish — your business name, wording, images and the site you link to — and it must be lawful. No fraud, no impersonation, no malware, no content that infringes someone else’s rights or is illegal where it is seen.

You give us permission to display what you submit, on the wall, on your ad’s own page, and in the data we publish so that search engines and AI assistants can describe your business.

We can pause or remove any ad, without notice, if we reasonably believe it breaks the section above, exposes us to legal risk, or was paid for fraudulently. An ad removed for those reasons is not refunded.

We show how many times an ad was seen and clicked. Those are our own measurements, made in good faith, and we count conservatively rather than generously.

We do not promise any amount of traffic, clicks, enquiries or sales. You are buying a place on a page, not a result. We also do not guarantee the site is always available.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or any indirect loss. Where we are liable anyway, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date at the top. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
